Render cleaning from CleanedCo
Through-coloured render such as K-Rend, Weber and Parex looks great when it's new. But its porous, mineral-rich surface is prone to Gloeocapsa magma (black bacteria) and Trentepohlia (red algae streaks).
High-pressure washing can ruin render. It can blow holes in the finish, fade the colour and void the manufacturer's warranty.
We use a low-pressure soft wash instead. We apply an HSE-approved biocide that kills algae, lichen and fungi, spores included. It brings the render back to its original colour and helps stop regrowth for years.
